When siblings arrive in out-of-home care, they often arrive with none of their possessions and only have each other for support and comfort.
To help ease their fears and anxiety at this terrifying time, care staff will organise for a Buddy Bag to be ready for each child when they arrive. With items specifically chosen to suit their age, these bags are a simple and practical way to help a child start their healing journey.
